Find Your Thing is a product of JAFEHO, founded by M. Sibananda Singh.

I spent nearly four years stuck between career paths. I had plenty of advice and no map. When the answer finally came, it came from asking myself the right questions, one at a time.

I built Find Your Thing so you don’t need four years. It’s a step-by-step navigation system for first-time founders, and for anyone whose career path feels messy. It helps you turn confusion into a clear blueprint and take the first step toward your real path.

JAFEHO (“we”, “us”) operates jafeho.com (the “Site”). This policy explains how we handle your personal information.

1. What we collect

• Details you give us: your name and email address when you sign up or buy.

• Payment: payments are processed by Razorpay. Razorpay collects your payment details (such as card, UPI or net banking) and contact details to complete the payment. We don’t see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We receive only your order details and payment confirmation, such as your payment ID.

• Usage data: IP address, device, browser and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics tools [e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel. Delete what you don’t use].

2. How we use it

• To deliver your purchase and give you access to your download

• To send order emails and, with your consent, helpful emails and offers (you can unsubscribe anytime)

• To give support, improve the Site, prevent fraud and meet legal duties

3. Consent
We process your information based on your consent and to fulfil your purchase, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules. You can withdraw consent anytime by emailing us.

4. Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the business: Razorpay (payments), email service, hosting, and analytics or advertising platforms. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law. These providers have their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies
We use cookies to run the Site and understand how it’s used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the Site may not work properly.

6. How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing support@jafeho.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is 100% secure.

9. Children
The Site is not meant for anyone under 18.

10. Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.

By using jafeho.com (the “Site”) or buying from it, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we offer
A digital educational product (the “Product”), delivered as a downloadable PDF. After successful payment, a download button appears on the confirmation page. Please save the file to your device right away. No physical item is shipped.

2. Lifetime access
Lifetime access means that after payment you can download the Product and keep it for life, with no renewal fees. If you lose your copy, email us with your payment ID and we’ll make reasonable efforts to help you get it again.

3. License and copyright
The Product is protected by copyright and belongs to JAFEHO. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license. You may not copy, resell, share, upload, distribute, or use it to create competing products.

4. No guarantee of results
The Product is for education and guidance only. We don’t promise any income, business success or specific outcome. Your results depend on your own decisions and actions. Nothing in the Product is financial, legal, tax or professional advice.

5. Third-party tools and AI
The Product uses third-party tools, including AI chat tools, which we don’t own or control. Their availability, pricing, accuracy and terms are their own. AI responses can be wrong or outdated, so use your own judgment and check important information.

6. Payments
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) [inclusive of applicable taxes]. Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay’s terms.

7. Cancellation, refunds and support

8. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Site, try to hack it, share your access with others, or use it unlawfully.

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [city, state] have jurisdiction.

We don’t offer refunds, but we’re here for you.

Find Your Thing is a digital product with instant access, so it can’t be returned and all sales are final. Because the download is available instantly after payment, orders can’t be cancelled once the payment is complete.

But if you face any problem, tell us. Whether you can’t open your download, something isn’t working, or you followed the steps and still feel stuck, email support@jafeho.com. A real person will look at your situation and work with you to fix it.

We will make it right if:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase

• Payment was taken but the download button didn’t appear or doesn’t work

• There’s a technical problem we’re unable to fix

Please include your name, the email you used to buy, your Razorpay payment ID (it starts with “pay_”), and a short description of the problem. We aim to reply within [2] business days. If we approve a refund in one of the cases above, it goes back to your original payment method, and your bank may take [5–7] business days to show it.

This policy doesn’t affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
